This is a 10-week study where we attempt to bring the Land of Israel to you! We explore the climate; precipitation; travel and communication links; and physical features of each of the several geographic regions of the Land. We demonstrate how knowing these (and other geographic features) can help us to understand the Bible.
The Prophet Isaiah
This is a two-semester exposition of the entire book of Isaiah. We attempt to show how knowing the history behind the scenes and the context will help us to make even more sense of the beautiful prophecies of this amazing book.
The World of the Tanakh
In this two-semester course, we explore the history and culture of most of the key people groups surrounding Israel that affect the biblical narrative. As is our habit, we attempt to show how knowing the background of these people groups can help us to understand the Scriptures in a deeper and more effective way.
The History of Christianity
Yet another two-semester course where we delve into the problematic history of what has come to be called “Christianity.” We pay particular attention to the interaction between the various historical Christian expressions and the Jewish people, especially in Europe over the millennia.
Torah Resource and Torah Resources International are two individual non-profit organizations. The two organizations highly respect one another, and both seek to serve students of God’s Word. TR and TRI are friends and collogues who are equally committed to integrity and reputable scholarship.
